I just ran across this video in a very well-written Atlantic.com piece called the Ballad of Mark Zuckerberg, here. This is a must-read and must-watch.
"Zuckerberg, Jeff Jarvis has declared, "sees Facebook as a next step in the net's evolutionary scale toward humanity." And so the young CEO has become a kind of evangelist for the future he is helping to create. "To get people to this point where there's more openness -- that's a big challenge," he told David Kirkpatrick. "But I think we'll do it. I just think it will take time."
Google is the master of keeping us happy by constantly rolling out new features that add serious incremental value to our experience - but probably don't cost them very much: see the latest innovation in gMail, the priority inbox. I will add this to my future presentations on The Future of Business.

I will be teaching, presenting, giving talks and delivering speeches in Brazil on a regular basis, both for FDC's many executive training programs, and events, as well as for their own staff and internal training. This is the complete, 75-minute video of my appearance on Brazil's most popular talk show on Public TV, called Roda Viva (on the TV Cultura channel). I was delighted to be invited to the show, and really enjoyed being 'grilled' by the super-smart journalists and Brazilian media experts in the studio. We could have talked forever! The show was originally broadcast on April 26 (on Brazilian TV as well as online, see the Twitter buzz here) but unfortunately the webcast did not work very well so this is the first time I have seen the video, myself, and thanks to Roda Viva / TV Cultura I am delighted to be able to share this recording with you, as well.

I just did this presentation at the Fundacao Dom Cabral's CEO training series - take a look. I will have another post on this later but the big news is that I have just been appointed Visiting Professor at FDC, yesterday (FDC is the 6th highest rated business school in the world). Cool!
